Traditionally, conservative traders place a stop loss (SL) at point X. Aggressive traders prefer to place their stop loss at point D. Take profits (TP) can be placed at points B, A and C.

Bullish patterns are purple and bearish patterns are orange. You can change the colors according to your preference.

Please note that this is only one of many techniques. There are many, so it is up to you to find the one that suits you best.
